About
An honest answer before you pay for thinner lenses.
Lens upgrades are usually sold with a vague promise: "thinner and lighter". We wanted to show exactly how much thinner, in millimetres, to scale, and to point out when a better-fitting frame does more than the upgrade. Free, private, and checked against real lenses.

Our founder owns an eyewear store
Lens & Frame Fit Lab was started by Muhammad Talha, who owns Ain Optics, an eyewear store in Pakistan. That's where the idea came from: watching customers pay for upgrades that a different frame would have beaten.
How we keep that from colouring your results
- The maths is the same for everyone and is published on How it works.
- Results never mention or favour any shop, including Ain Optics.
- Ain Optics is never listed under "Where to buy".
- Lenses measured at Ain Optics are labelled on Measured lenses, so you can weigh them.

How we make money
- Ads, at most two on the tool page, always after your results, always labelled.
- Partner links to eyewear shops, labelled "We may earn a commission", kept apart from results.
- Later: a free widget small shops can add to their own sites.
What we will never do
- Send, store or sell your prescription.
- Put your numbers in a link.
- Rank shops by what they pay us.
- Put an ad or a shop inside your results.
- Ask for a photo of your face.
Spotted something wrong?
If a result doesn't match a lens you own, we want to know. Send the prescription, frame and measured thickness; corrections go in the public changelog.
